The Department of Accounting and Finances

The Department of Accounting and Finances also provides lectures and seminars focused on fundamentals of accounting, financial and managerial accounting, financial auditing, taxation system and tax administration, corporate finance, financial markets, banking, international finance, financial analysis and planning, public finance. These lectures and seminars are prevailingly offered within and form a core of bachelor and masters study programme Accounting and Financial Management.

Broadly defined, scientific and research activities are concentrated in the field of finance and accounting, with emphasis put on financial analysis. The research at the department is focused on the evaluation of the agricultural companies' performance in productive and marginal areas in the context of municipal and regional development.
